Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 24 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by ETIVE AUDREY DORIANNE, trading as DORIANNEE, an individual business registered in Mauritius under BRN I24005507 ("DORIANNEE", "we", "us" or "our").

By confirming a booking or purchasing a service from DORIANNEE, you agree to the terms applicable to that service, including these Terms & Conditions and any quotation, proposal or written agreement provided to you.

1. Our Services

Depending on the service offered or agreed, DORIANNEE may provide services including:

  • individual coaching and professional or personal development support;

  • workshops and group sessions;

  • talks and speaking engagements;

  • editorial and content-creation services;

  • articles, interviews and podcast participation;

  • media and communication collaborations;

  • digital guides, resources and related content; and

  • other services agreed in writing with the client.

The exact scope, duration, price and deliverables of a service may be specified on the relevant service page, quotation, proposal, booking confirmation or separate agreement.

2. Coaching Services

DORIANNEE's coaching and personal or professional development services are intended to support reflection, goal-setting, communication, confidence, personal development and/or professional development, depending on the service selected.

Coaching is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychological diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, legal advice or another regulated healthcare or professional service.

No particular personal, professional, employment, financial, health or other outcome is guaranteed.

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions and results.

If a matter appears to fall outside the appropriate scope of coaching, DORIANNEE may recommend that the client seek assistance from an appropriately qualified practitioner or adviser and may decline or discontinue the coaching service where appropriate.

3. Booking Requests

Submitting a contact form, booking request or enquiry through doriannee.com does not automatically create or confirm a booking.

After receiving your request, DORIANNEE will review the requested service and availability.

Where the request can be accommodated, you will receive confirmation together with the relevant price and/or payment instructions.

A booking becomes confirmed only when DORIANNEE has expressly confirmed it following completion of the required booking and payment steps.

4. Prices and Quotations

Prices may be displayed on the website or communicated directly to the client.

For services requiring a customised scope, DORIANNEE may issue a quotation or proposal.

A quotation may specify, where relevant:

  • the service or deliverables;

  • duration;

  • preparation included;

  • price and currency;

  • deposit or advance payment;

  • payment deadline;

  • travel or other expenses;

  • delivery dates; and

  • specific conditions applicable to the engagement.

Where a quotation, proposal or separate written agreement contains terms specific to a service, those specific terms will apply to that service alongside these Terms & Conditions.

5. Payment

DORIANNEE does not currently process payments directly through this website.

After your booking or service request has been reviewed, payment instructions may be provided separately.

Available payment methods may include Juice, bank transfer and PayPal as communicated by DORIANNEE.

The client must use the payment details supplied by DORIANNEE and, where requested, provide the appropriate payment or transaction reference.

A screenshot or other evidence of an attempted transfer does not by itself establish that payment has been received. DORIANNEE may verify receipt before confirming the booking.

Any applicable bank or transfer charges are the responsibility of: CLIENT.

6. Booking Confirmation

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, a booking is considered confirmed when:

  1. the client has submitted the required information;

  2. DORIANNEE has confirmed availability and the applicable price;

  3. any required payment or deposit has been received and verified; and

  4. DORIANNEE has issued confirmation of the booking.

Clients should not assume that a requested date or time has been reserved until confirmation has been received.

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, missed appointments and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, together with any specific conditions communicated for the relevant service.

Where a customised contract, event agreement, quotation or proposal contains a specific cancellation schedule, that schedule may apply to the relevant engagement.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • provide accurate information reasonably required to deliver the service;

  • attend booked sessions on time;

  • communicate promptly where rescheduling is necessary;

  • make payments by the applicable deadline;

  • participate respectfully in sessions and activities; and

  • take responsibility for their own decisions and implementation of information discussed during coaching or other services.

DORIANNEE may refuse or discontinue a service in cases of abusive, threatening, discriminatory, unlawful or seriously inappropriate behaviour.

9. Delays and Missed Appointments

If a client arrives late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time unless DORIANNEE agrees otherwise.

A missed appointment without the notice required under the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy may be treated as used and may not qualify for a refund or replacement session, subject to applicable law.

10. Workshops, Talks and Events

For workshops, speaking engagements, school or association interventions and similar activities, additional terms may be agreed concerning:

  • venue and equipment;

  • audience and participant numbers;

  • preparation;

  • travel and expenses;

  • recording;

  • photography;

  • use of name, image and voice;

  • safeguarding requirements;

  • cancellation;

  • intellectual property; and

  • responsibilities of the organiser.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, participation in a DORIANNEE workshop or programme does not constitute a nationally recognised qualification or MQA-approved certification.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, DORIANNEE retains all applicable intellectual property rights in its original:

  • guides;

  • worksheets;

  • presentations;

  • exercises;

  • frameworks;

  • methods;

  • written materials;

  • videos and recordings;

  • workshop materials; and

  • other content.

Materials supplied to a client are generally provided for the client's own use in connection with the relevant service.

They may not be reproduced, resold, redistributed, published, taught, licensed, uploaded publicly or commercially exploited without prior written permission from DORIANNEE.

Specific intellectual-property arrangements for commissioned editorial, creative or media work may be established separately in the relevant quotation or agreement.

12. Recordings, Photographs and Testimonials

Participation in a service does not automatically give DORIANNEE permission to publicly use a client's photograph, image, voice, testimonial or identifiable personal story for promotional purposes.

Where such use is proposed, appropriate permission will be requested separately where required.

Similarly, clients and organisers may not record, reproduce or commercially exploit DORIANNEE sessions, talks or materials unless permission has been granted or this has been expressly agreed as part of the engagement.

13. Confidentiality

DORIANNEE will treat information shared during individual coaching as confidential, subject to applicable law and reasonable exceptions, including where disclosure is legally required or necessary in circumstances involving serious safety concerns.

Confidentiality arrangements for corporate, editorial, media or other commercial projects may also be specified in a separate agreement.

14. Results and Responsibility

DORIANNEE will provide services with reasonable care consistent with the nature of the service agreed.

However, individual results depend on numerous factors outside DORIANNEE's control. No guarantee is made regarding employment, promotion, income, business performance, relationships, wellbeing or any other particular result.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

15. Events Outside Reasonable Control

DORIANNEE will not be responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where such circumstances affect a booked service, reasonable efforts may be made to reschedule or agree an appropriate alternative.

16. Personal Data

Personal data is handled in accordance with the DORIANNEE Privacy Policy, published separately on this website.

17. Complaints

If you have a concern about a service, please contact:

contact@doriannee.com

Please provide sufficient details for the issue to be understood and reviewed.

We will seek to address complaints in a reasonable and constructive manner.

18. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Mauritius, subject to any mandatory rights or laws that may apply to a particular client or transaction and cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.

19. Changes to These Terms

DORIANNEE may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version applicable to a confirmed service will be determined in accordance with the terms communicated when that service was booked or agreed.
