This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to eligible bookings and services provided by ETIVE AUDREY DORIANNE, trading as DORIANNEE, BRN I24005507, Mauritius.

It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and any specific quotation, proposal or agreement applicable to your booking.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an individual session, please contact DORIANNEE at contact@doriannee.com or at +230 5838 13 20 as early as possible.

Rescheduling

A confirmed session may be rescheduled without an additional charge when at least 1 hour' notice is provided.

Requests received with less than 1 hour' notice may be treated as a late cancellation and may not qualify for a free replacement session, subject to applicable law and exceptional circumstances.

Cancellation by the Client

If you cancel at least 1 hour before the scheduled session, the following policy applies: one free rescheduling.

If you cancel after this deadline, the amount paid may be non-refundable, subject to applicable law and any exceptional circumstances accepted by DORIANNEE.

If you do not attend a confirmed session and have not cancelled or rescheduled it in accordance with this policy, the session may be considered completed and the amount paid may be non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

If you arrive late, DORIANNEE may provide the session during the remaining scheduled time.

The session will normally end at the originally agreed time so that subsequent commitments are not affected.

If DORIANNEE needs to cancel a confirmed session, you will normally be offered:

• a new mutually agreed date or time; or

• a refund of the amount paid for the service that DORIANNEE cannot provide.

DORIANNEE will seek to notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

Cancellation and refund conditions for workshops, events, talks, group programmes and similar engagements may differ from those applicable to individual sessions.

The applicable conditions will be communicated before the booking is confirmed or specified in the relevant quotation, proposal or agreement.

Where an organiser cancels an event after DORIANNEE has incurred agreed non-refundable expenses, treatment of those expenses will be governed by the applicable quotation or agreement.

For commissioned articles, content creation, preparation-intensive speaking engagements and other customised work, cancellation rights and refunds may depend on the stage of work already completed.

Specific terms, including any non-refundable deposit and payment for work already performed, should be stated in the applicable quotation or agreement before work begins.

Refund conditions applicable to paid digital products or downloadable resources, if offered, will be stated at the point of purchase or in the terms applicable to that product.

Free resources, including free guides, have no monetary refund value.

DORIANNEE understands that emergencies and unexpected circumstances can occur.

Requests arising from exceptional circumstances may be considered individually. This does not guarantee a refund or rescheduling and remains subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the request.

• whether you are requesting cancellation or rescheduling.

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any refund, cancellation or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Participation in a service does not automatically give DORIANNEE permission to publicly use a client's photograph, image, voice, testimonial or identifiable personal story for promotional purposes.

Where such use is proposed, appropriate permission will be requested separately where required.

Similarly, clients and organisers may not record, reproduce or commercially exploit DORIANNEE sessions, talks or materials unless permission has been granted or this has been expressly agreed as part of the engagement.

DORIANNEE will treat information shared during individual coaching as confidential, subject to applicable law and reasonable exceptions, including where disclosure is legally required or necessary in circumstances involving serious safety concerns.

Confidentiality arrangements for corporate, editorial, media or other commercial projects may also be specified in a separate agreement.

DORIANNEE will provide services with reasonable care consistent with the nature of the service agreed.

However, individual results depend on numerous factors outside DORIANNEE's control. No guarantee is made regarding employment, promotion, income, business performance, relationships, wellbeing or any other particular result.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

DORIANNEE will not be responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where such circumstances affect a booked service, reasonable efforts may be made to reschedule or agree an appropriate alternative.

Personal data is handled in accordance with the DORIANNEE Privacy Policy, published separately on this website.

We will seek to address complaints in a reasonable and constructive manner.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Mauritius, subject to any mandatory rights or laws that may apply to a particular client or transaction and cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.

DORIANNEE may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version applicable to a confirmed service will be determined in accordance with the terms communicated when that service was booked or agreed.
